Already bought one? You're covered.

If you purchase before the drawing and end up winning, you choose: we refund your original order in full, or we ship you a second flamethrower free. Who wouldn't want to dual-wield flamethrowers? If you bought a higher-value unit than the prize (say, an XL18), we'll credit the prize's full retail value back against your purchase as a partial refund. There is no reason to wait for the drawing to buy.

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor. The ARC Flamethrower Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Xmatter LLC d/b/a Throwflame (the "Sponsor").
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, excluding residents of California and Maryland (due to state flamethrower restrictions). Employees and contractors of the Sponsor and members of their immediate households are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. Entry Period. The Giveaway begins July 20, 2026 and ends September 18, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Entry Period"). Entries received after the Entry Period will not be counted.
4. How to Enter. Enter by submitting your name and email address in the entry widget on this page. Bonus entries may be earned by referring friends via your personal referral link (each eligible referred entrant earns you additional entries) and by completing the optional social actions shown in the widget. No purchase or payment is required to enter or to earn bonus entries. Use of multiple email addresses, identities, bots, or scripts to circumvent entry limits will result in disqualification at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
5. Prize. One (1) winner will receive one (1) ARC Flamethrower (approximate retail value $899). The prize is non-transferable, with no cash substitution except at the Sponsor's discretion. The winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes and for compliance with all laws applicable to owning and operating the prize in their jurisdiction.
6. Purchase Refund Election. If the winner purchased a Throwflame flamethrower between their entry and the drawing, the winner may elect either (a) a full refund of that order, keeping both units, or (b) delivery of the prize in addition to their purchase. If the purchased unit's price exceeds the prize's retail value, the winner may instead elect a partial refund equal to the prize's retail value. Elections must be made in writing within 7 days of winner notification; the default is delivery of the prize.
7. Winner Selection and Notification. The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about September 19, 2026, and notified by email. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, is ineligible, or cannot be contacted, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.
8. Publicity. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to announce the winner's first name, last initial, and likeness on this page and the Sponsor's social channels without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity, and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or X.
10. Winners List. To request the name of the winner, contact the Sponsor via the contact page within four (4) weeks of the end of the Entry Period.
