This regulator allows the user to reduce and set system pressure to adjust flamethrower performance (range, flame width, fuel use rate, CO2 use rate and recoil). Without a regulator, the flamethrower’s operating pressure is equalized with the 20oz CO2 tank. CO2 pressure largely depends on outside temperature (see above chart).
Maximum range pressure setting:
X15: 400 – 700 psi (depending on fuel mix / viscosity)
XL18: 300 – 400 psi (depending on fuel mix / viscosity)
Regulator Specs
- Material: Stainless Steel 316
- Max Inlet Pressure: 1,500 psi
- Outlet Pressure: 0 – 800 psi
Increase the range and consistency of your flamethrower using this device. The regulator controls the flow inline with the CO2 pressurization system. Ambient temperature may still have a slight impact on final pressure.

Very very good. Needs to be retightened every now and again.

The optional regulator really helps with fine tuning your pressure settings, and outputs great results!

Perfect!

Does the job

A must-have for the XL-18. Easy to use and it’s nice to see the pressures before you start shooting.

Works great, used a larger co2 bottle then the one you can buy with it

Worth every penny

Works as intended. I would like a larger Co2 canister on the unit but it is functional.

Worked very well!

High quality gauges for sure. Nice job guys

With the XL18, I had better results with how the bursts of flames stretched at greater distances. Well worth it Pay the extra cost.

Works well

Must have upgrade

high quality

It would be really nice if you could hook it up to a larger bottle without requiring customization. I’m imagining a system that’s dedicated to a vehicle’s trunk space or truck bed.
