What is the difference between this clamp and a rail adapter?
A rail adapter (M-LOK or KeyMod) creates a Picatinny rail where one doesn’t exist. This Rail Clamp is a coupler used to join two existing Picatinny rails together. Since the ARC Flamethrower has an integrated Picatinny rail, this clamp is the “bridge” that locks it to the Picatinny rail on your rifle, tripod, or vehicle mount.
Can I use this to offset the flamethrower to the side of my rifle rail?
Yes, and because the ARC Flamethrower features an integrated quad-rail system (rails on the top, bottom, and both sides of the chassis), you have unique mounting options:

Side-to-Side Mount: You can attach the clamp to the side rail of the ARC and the side rail of your rifle. This allows the flamethrower to sit “offset” to the side of your handguard while the ARC unit itself remains upright.

Maintained Orientation: Since you can choose which of the ARC’s four rails to use as the mounting point, you can ensure the fuel tank remains in its intended vertical orientation regardless of where you attach it to your platform.

Clearing: This is especially useful if you need to mount the ARC on a side rail to avoid interfering with underslung bipods or specific grip setups.
