No. If your handguard already has Picatinny rails, you do not need an M-LOK or KeyMod adapter. Instead, you only need our Picatinny-to-Picatinny Rail Clamp to bridge the two rails. These adapters are only necessary if you are converting an M-LOK (rectangular slots) or KeyMod (keyhole slots) handguard to Picatinny. The body of the ARC Flamethrower already has four Picatinny rails. 

Absolutely. Each adapter includes all the required high-strength hardware for installation. The M-LOK version comes with T-nuts and screws, while the KeyMod version includes the specific lugs and screws needed for a secure fit.
